Students at Hamilton and Byrd recently welcomed author and poet, Amy Ludwig Vanderwater, thanks to the support of their HSAs!
In preparation for her visit, students explored poetry by reading and creating their own pieces, which were proudly displayed throughout the building. A special thank you to Amy for inspiring our young writers!
